The terms and conditions of Bleujen florist

1. All prices quoted include value added tax at standard rate.
2. All delivery prices are subject to area
3. All goods supplied by Bleujen florist remain the property of the vendor until such time as they are paid for in full.
4. All claims for delivery shortages and damages must be reported to Bleujen florist within 7 days of the delivery date. This does not effect your statutory rights as a customer.
5. All products on this website may vary slightly due to seasonal or wholesale availability.
6. Orders will only be sent once full payment has been received.
7. Bleujen Florist cannot be held responsible for orders being delayed  by incorrect information from customer or card payment being declined.
8. Added extra such as Balloons, Teddies and Chocolates: we reserve the right to substitute with a minor variation, if your chosen one is out of stock or out of production.
9. Some flowers may be substituted, with minor variation, from the image shown due to season and availability of flowers by the local delivery florist but will be of the same value, unless stated by the consumer that no substitution, however minor in variation is acceptable
10. Proof of delivery of all products is obtained by signature on delivery.
11. Orders may be cancelled 7 days prior to the delivery date, in which case a full refund will be issued.
12. The names, images and logos identifying Bleujen florist or third parties and their products and services are proprietary marks Susan's Flower Shop and/or third parties.
13. If any of these Terms and Conditions should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable by reason of the laws of any state or country in which these Terms and Conditions are intended to be effective, then to the extent and within the jurisdiction which that Term or Condition is illegal, invalid or unenforceable, it shall be severed and deleted from this clause and the remaining terms and conditions shall survive, remain in full force and effect and continue to be binding and enforceable.
14. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
15. We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998) and according to the Which? Web Trader Code of Practice.
16. We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service.
17. We will give you the chance to refuse any marketing email from us or from another trader in the future.
18. The type of information we will collect about you includes:
    
    Your name
    address
    phone number
    email address
    credit/debit card details
     
19. We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent. The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly.
20. The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law and the which? Web Trader Code.
21. We may use technology to track the patterns of behaviour of visitors to our site. This can include using a "cookie" which would be stored on your browser. You can usually modify your browser to prevent this happening. The information collected in this way can be used to identify you unless you modify your browser settings.
22. Complaints can be accepted by phone, fax, mail or email. We will respond by phone or email as appropriate with the next two working days. Although each case will be dealt with on its merits, the general policy is to refund or replace goods where they are found to have been substandard, not delivered or late delivered (ie outside the limits of our guarantees on delivery dates). We will aim to resolve any complaint to our customers satisfaction within one week of the initial contact.
23.  AM or PM delivery can be stated on the website. This means AM can be anywhere between 9am and 1pm and PM is anytime in between 1pm and 6pm. No precise time can be taken due to delivery availability.
24. Same day deliveries cannot state AM or PM.
25. We use PayPal as our payment method. This is the safest way of transferring money through the internet, and PayPal promises ultimate security.
26. Bleujen florist reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time by posting changes online.
